The movie is about Japanese high school girls who are trying to get ready for a talent show. Suddenly their lead singer quits and the remaining girls pick the first girl they see to be their singer. It's a clumsy Korean exchange student named Song, and the girls try to work together to at least learn one song, "Linda Linda Linda"

Not really Wes Anderson-y at all, in terms of sets + music + acting + comedy. It's a really good looking film with some hilarious moments. I really enjoyed it.

I would watch it if you like: Japan, girl bands, teenagers (all of which I like)
